The Outcome

Simplus took a number of steps to prime Holcim ACM for optimal selling. First, we upgraded the ACM Salesforce instance to the latest version. Next, we implemented CPQ and made the proper quote configurations to cater specifically to the ACM product line’s demands. This included developing mass quoting and mass edit tools for the sales cycle, as well as building out a forecasting tool.
