Testing and training: Keys to kicking off CPQ the right way

Sometimes you just need a little help to make a good thing even better. That’s what happened when Limelight Networks, a premier content delivery network service provider, reached out to Simplus for help implementing and adopting a new CPQ tool for its organization.

To reduce the immense administrative burden Limelight was previously experiencing, Simplus quickly delivered a suite of product bundles, rules, options, and error conditions into Limelight’s CPQ and tailored to meet Limelight’s requirements. We also created custom quote templates, approval chains, and process builder records. All in all, this eased multiple business processes and made selling easier for Limelight. But ultimately, it was the extensive testing, training, and support we provided Limelight that made its new CPQ solution built to last.
