However, we wanted to get to know Sourabh more personally than just the resume stats. Learn more about this incredible Simplus team member:

What do you do at Simplus?
I am a Solution Architect and my role involves translating the CRM needs of clients into well-architected Salesforce solutions.

What are some achievements of which you are most proud? Both professionally and personally.
I feel blessed to be a proud dad of two lovely kids! I’m also very proud of my professional Salesforce journey—all the projects I’ve been a part of, 17 Salesforce certifications, and the 6x Trailhead Ranger status I’ve picked up on this journey so far.

What are your hobbies?
Solving puzzles, sketching, analyzing electronic circuits, and following cricket. I used to be a wicketkeeper-batsman during my college days and am a huge fan of Adam Gilchrist (Australia) and M.S. Dhoni (India).

Why do you like working at Simplus?
I love the employee-first culture at Simplus, the transparency in leadership, the underdog spirit, and the genuine atmosphere of collaboration to get things done.

Tell us a little bit about your professional background.
I started my career as an electronics engineer after completing my engineering degree, but I soon moved into software development as a Java Programmer, and a few years later I became a Siebel CRM consultant. My first Salesforce implementation project was 12 years back, and since then I’ve been absolutely in love with the platform and its capabilities.

What do you feel are your greatest contributions that help make Simpus the best consulting firm?
Simplus has a very collaborative culture, and people are immensely talented and receptive to new ideas. I see a lot of opportunities where I can share my prior experiences and technical expertise with the teams to improvise solutions.

If you are playing Two Truths and a Lie, what answers stump people every time?
People find it hard to believe that until my first job, I had no intention at all of getting into the software/IT industry. That’s when I decided to take up a job offer for a software engineer role and have never looked back!

Congrats, Sourabh! Thanks for being part of our team and always being willing to share your stunning expertise.
