Verified First is the premier background screening organization for North America, providing criminal, financial, and other information to businesses. Verified First engaged with Simplus to streamline its processes and move away from the manual, error-prone methods of Microsoft Excel tracking.

Simplus increased productivity by 36 percent and increased the average sales per rep by 83 percent at Verified First by implementing a Salesforce Sales Cloud solution. Additionally, we integrated Verified First’s new platform with InsideSales and Quickbooks so that Verified First was able to customize certain parts of the implementation to fit the organization’s particular needs.
