We’d like to introduce Elle Fettig, Simplus’ October employee feature and an exemplary CPQ consultant. Elle has been with Simplus for just over a year and in that time has left an incredible mark on every project she’s worked on, impressing colleagues and clients alike with her wisdom, grit, and can-do attitude. In light of all her accomplishments at Simplus, we wanted to get to know Elle a little better, so we asked her a few questions:

What do you do at Simplus?

What are some achievements of which you are most proud?

Becoming a spin instructor this year.

What are your hobbies?

Anything outside! I especially love biking, hiking, and kayaking.

Why do you like working at Simplus?

I really enjoy everyone I work with and the culture of the company. I formed great friendships with people I have never even met in person, and my team makes every day a little more fun.

Tell us a little bit about your professional background.

I worked in various positions for local, state, and federal political/judicial organizations and campaigns prior to entering tech. I worked at one other SI that started as an internship and then turned into a full-time sales ops and consultant role.

What do you feel are your greatest contributions that help make Simplus the best consulting firm? 

I enjoy forming relationships with clients and get personally invested in the success of a project. Simplus prides itself on helping clients and creating solutions for its customers.
