Simplus implemented Salesforce CPQ successfully by systemically defining what list price was in Cloud Elements’ business model but still allowing Cloud Elements sales reps to use discounts with the right approvals governing the CPQ instance. This resulted in more standardizing and strategic pricing, streamlined processes, and an aligned organization.
